Data Deletion Instructions

Effective: 29 September 2026

You may request deletion of personal information held by CODECRAFTERS ACADEMY, subject to applicable law and legitimate legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute-related retention requirements.

How to submit a request

1. Email sales@codecraftersacademy.store.
2. Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
3. Include your name and the email address or phone number used when contacting/enrolling with us.
4. Describe the information or account relationship you want deleted.

Verification

We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the requester is authorized to make the request. Do not email passwords or unnecessary identity documents.

Processing

After verification, we will review the request and delete or anonymize eligible information from systems under our control, subject to records we are legally or legitimately required to retain. We will communicate the outcome using the contact information associated with the request.

Meta/Facebook-connected data

If a Meta/Facebook integration is added to this website in the future and it provides us with personal information, this page can serve as the public deletion-instructions URL only after the actual integration-specific deletion process and data flows are accurately documented here.
